Description

Inventory logs do not get imported. Instead they get moved to bad logs.

Activating tracing for the import function you get following exception shown:

Message: 'Conversion failed when converting the nvarchar value 'GenuineIntel' to data type int.'

Instructions

The work around is suitable in case you are not using the license counting feature of RayManageSoft. Removing the 'HardwareValueWmiDataTrigger' trigger of the ‘HardwareValue’ table will resolve the importing issue.
